The price includes:
- exclusive use of the entire farmhouse consisting of 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living area, service bathroom, large garden with barbecue
- final cleaning
- private parking
- exclusive use of the swimming pool (from 01.05 to 30.09)
- Wifi connection
- bed linen and towels (no pool towels)
- utilities

The price does not include:
- tourist tax of €2 per day per person applied to the first 3 days of stay. Children under 12 are exempt. (to be paid on site in cash)
- swimming pool towels €5 per towel

Layout of rooms max 14 beds + 2 cots:

- 01 double room with private bathroom

first floor:
- 01 family room with private bathroom (triple room communicating with single room)
- 01 double room with private bathroom
